replaced / readline with IO::All methods pipe and getline; always returned defined content for sift & polyphen in _prediction_and_score() to avoid empty cells in results.tt; bugfix ngs.css
separated sift & polyphen results into separate cols; ranked vep input array by chromosome order - supposed to speed up vep; bugfix to data file validation - submitting empty form requires 'undef' as upload() param
