Sub-headings are supported - use the double-colon symbol (::) to separate sub-heading name and menu entry eg "B-cell::aberrant phenotype" will generate a menu option 'aberrant phenotype' under the 'B-cell' sub-heading.
Numerical ordering is also supported - use the tilde (~) separator between a numerical prefix and the menu entry eg "1~zap 70", "2~alpha-8" will generate a list with 'zap 70' appearing above 'alpha-8'.
