added Base::is_lab_staff() method; access to lab test history now restricted to lab staff; C::Roles::DataMap::user_locations_map uses user_locations table instead of email_contacts table so that non-network users get a new diagnosis list

added ability to p.m. users in "who's logged in" page; modified M::Base::get_objects_with() to use same logic as M::Base::get_objects()

patched C::Roles::DataMap::lab_test_result_options_map() to load all lab_test_result_options table cols to allow inactive options to load if legacy data value matches

moved authen_config from lims_config.pl to main LIMS app - CUSTOM callback doesn't work when cfg loaded using Class::Singleton instance; modified idle timeout function to automatically load logged-in username in login screen, so only passwd required, and added link to logout if different user; cgiapp_prerun checks form param username matches authen; added region_code back to user_locations + admin functions

moved M::Chart::get_sql_with_constraint() and _get_search_constraints() to M::Roles::DBIxSimple for code shart between M::Chart and M::Audit; replaced C::Chart::_get_chart_title() function with __PACKAGE__constraint_title, set in M::Roles::DBIxSimple::_set_chart_constraints()
